Explain the ongoing need
Describe users, shifts, existing bathrooms and expected project stages. Ask which unit features are included and whether washing is separate. The rental duration alone does not show how intensively facilities are used or which functions the people on site require.
Keep dates and access current
Review service, supplies, extension requests and pickup in the proposal. Tell the business about changes affecting the approach before a visit. Confirm who remains responsible when contractors or property staff change so the accepted rental details do not get lost at handover.
