Explain the temporary facility you need
If people need a separate toilet near a camper or gathering, describe the property use, users and existing bathrooms. Ask about portable cabins and washing as appropriate. An RV tank-service or connection request is different and is not included automatically in this category.
Confirm the property arrangements
Ask the site operator whether supplemental facilities and rental vehicles are permitted. Review placement, the stay period and access for attention. Keep collection arrangements clear before the vehicle leaves, including who remains responsible for admitting the supplier.
Equipment and service details to compare
Review the property rules
Check with the campground or property owner before planning temporary facilities. Describe the vehicle approach and where the cabin would stand without blocking movement. Include washing, accessible needs and the people using the setup. A parking reservation alone does not establish permission for additional equipment.
Confirm servicing and removal
Explain the dates when the site is occupied and how visits can take place. Ask who manages supplies and reports problems. Use only the agreed facilities and instructions; do not empty tanks into unapproved drains or move rented units between stops without consent.
