Describe each stage that changes demand
Include crew peaks, shift patterns and permanent facilities becoming available or unavailable. Ask which equipment functions are needed and review washing alongside toilet access. A choice made for the first week should not automatically determine the arrangement for the whole job.
Keep future visits possible
Explain planned fencing, deliveries or finished areas that may alter the supplier approach. Agree how service concerns and equipment changes are reported. Confirm collection and a site contact before handing over the property or removing the temporary access arrangement.
