Describe unavailable permanent facilities
Tell the business who needs access, the work phases and whether any building bathrooms remain usable. Include overlapping trades and washing needs. Ask for the actual proposed equipment details rather than assuming all standard or upgraded units contain the same features.
Make the position part of the job plan
Review the entrance and operating space with the site manager before materials arrive. Explain future restrictions on the approach. Confirm service, change requests and removal so the facilities remain accessible through the last stage of the project.
